The second meeting of the Philosophy Club will be held this week. Meetings will consist of philosophical discussions held every other Tuesday. This week’s topic will be the general question: Can Computers Think? Anyone interested in joining the discussion or learning more is welcome to come.

The Mobile County Board of Health will be at SHC through 1:30 pm administering the regular* flu vaccines. Cost will be $8.00 and payment can be made by cash, check or placed on your Student Account.

*H1N1 virus vaccines are not yet available.

Friends of Catholic Cemetery are looking for help to clean up the cemetery in in preparation of the November 2, All Souls Day Mass.

Clean up Dates are Saturday, October 3 and 17 from 9 am to 1 pm. Work to be done – general cleaning, cutting overgrown vines, shrubs, tree branches; bagging and dragging debris and rediscovering some lost gravesites.
